Access to Eateries and Wellness Activities
The Waterfront is within walking distance, or a short elevator ride, to eateries and wellness activities. 615 Waterfront is home to Nowa, a Mediterranean-American fusion restaurant located on Floor 01. It is also accessible to Vibe Power Yoga for a pre-work or post-work yoga class!
Building Concierge
Tenant safety and security is The Waterfront Development Company’s focus! When the building is closed, the building is locked to the public and is available to be unlocked by tenants via key access – so, tenants have the ability to access the building 24/7. The elevators and stairwells in the building are also used via key access, and tenants are allowed to access the floor in which they work on. During the building’s business hours, the building is unlocked to the public and a building concierge is available. This building concierge is responsible for checking guest logs for the day and giving the first impression of The Waterfront’s hospitality to visitors!
